Baytown Area Water Authority (BAWA) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek a Design-Builder for the expansion of their East Surface Water Treatment Plant. The BAWA East Surface Water Treatment Plant is situated at 5359 Grand Parkway South, Baytown, TX 77523-5119, within Chambers County, Texas. The project aims to increase the current capacity of the plant from 6 million gallons per day (MGD) to 12 MGD. This expansion will be carried out in two phases using the Progressive Design-Build Method.
