INTEGRATION QUARTERLY MAGAZINE
Four times each year, Integration Quarterly (IQ) examines issues relevant to owners, practitioners and specialty contractors engaged in or considering the use of design-build project delivery. Through articles and interviews, IQ highlights lessons learned on vertical and horizontal projects from both the public and private sectors, new practices and technologies affecting the integrated design and construction industry, best practices that lead to exceptional outcomes, and the latest research and thinking surrounding the delivery method. For inquiries about submitting material for publication, please contact Susan Hines, Director of Public Relations and Information, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Owners are organizations and individuals who control the design and construction decision process. Owners decide what is built, when, and how. Owners with vision are choosing to accomplish an ever increasing percentage of their design and construction requirements using design-build. They recognize that successful design-build requires a higher level of learning and and improved set of skills.
